Greitens' lawyers dispute 'dream' evidence

Posted online

Gov. Eric Greitens' attorneys are contending the woman he had an affair with may not have credible evidence in the felony invasion of privacy case.

They say the the St. Louis circuit attorney’s office has withheld evidence that Greitens' former lover may have seen a camera or phone only in a dream or vision.

“I don’t know if it’s because I’m remembering it through a dream or I — I’m not sure, but yes, I feel like I saw it after it happened, but I haven’t spoken about it because of that,” the woman said, according to a court filing.
