Ghosn denied bail for second time in a week

Former Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn had a bail request rejected for the second time in a week.

Before a Japanese court, Ghosn’s lawyers offered to surrender the executive's passports and pay for private security guards.

Ghosn is charged with three counts of financial misconduct, allegedly underreporting his income at Nissan.
