Project description: Tank Components Industries is expanding with a warehouse at its roughly 81,000-square-foot Partnership Industrial Center West plant. “The new space will be utilized for a new product line and product development,” said Jeff Davis, the project manager with general contractor Rich Kramer Construction. Dale Sandy, president and CEO of the manufacturer of parts for stainless steel tanks and vessels, said about half of the warehouse will be used for production and the remainder for storage. He declined to disclose the new product line. Founded in 2000, TCI is a subsidiary of Ohio-based L.J. Star Co.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
