Project description: Beacon Park Apartments is being built to offer housing to nearby Missouri State University students, said co-owner and developer Tim Roth. He said monthly lease rates range between $529 and $639 per individual tenant, and the fully furnished apartments include utilities, Internet and cable. The complex comprises two buildings, and each building houses 24 apartment units, with one-, two- and three-bedroom options, Roth said.
