Ex-Southwest employee accused of fraudulently selling vouchers

A former Southwest Airlines customer service representative is accused of fraudulently creating and selling travel vouchers.

Dajuan Martin, 36, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, has been indicted for allegedly creating and selling vouchers worth roughly $1.9 million.

The indictment alleges Martin used fictitious customer names to fraudulently generate the vouchers without permission by the airline.
