Inspire Brands, the owner of Dunkin’, Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, may go public, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
The sources said Roark Capital is in the preliminary stages of a potential initial public offering for Inspire Brands.
The listing could value Inspire Brands at $20 billion, according to the sources.
