Developer pursues $34M in incentives for KC high-rise

St. Louis developer Lux Living is seeking at least $34 million in incentives for a planned high-rise project in downtown Kansas City.

The project, called 14 Wyandotte, is projected to cost nearly $200 million.

The project calls for a 27-story high-rise with 300 apartments and 200 hotel rooms.
