Deutsche Bank fails Fed stress test

The U.S. unit of Deutsche Bank failed to pass the second round of the Federal Reserve’s stress tests.

That means the company cannot increase its stock buybacks and dividends.

JPMorgan Chase, American Express, KeyCorp and M&T Bank passed the second round.
