Ozark-based Clear Creek Golf Car and Vehicles LLC has completed its third acquisition in two years, company officials say.

The company announced the Sept. 5 closure of the purchase of Russellville, Arkansas-based Pappy’s Outdoors. The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed in a news release.

“We are very excited to be opening our ninth location in Russellville,” said Brian Cheever, CEO of Clear Creek Golf Car, in the release. “Russellville is not only a phenomenal community, but it serves as a hub for many other great communities that surround it. We are excited to invest in Russellville and the great people that live in the River Valley and beyond.”

Pappy's Outdoors is a distributor of golf cars under the E-Z-GO brand.

Clear Creek in 2022 moved to a new Ozark headquarters from Springfield, according to past reporting. The company's 2021 revenue was $29 million, up from $17 million in 2020.

In March, Clear Creek purchased Oklahoma City-based Justice Golf Car. Clear Creek previously purchased a Club Car distributor in early 2021 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Clear Creek operates in three states, according to the release.
