Chrysler has recalled around 132,000 Jeep Cherokee vehicles.
Officials with the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a "park outside" warning for the vehicles because an electrical short in the power liftgate module “may lead to a vehicle fire with the ignition on or off."
The recall covers 2014-16 Jeep Cherokee vehicles.
