CBS Corp. named former Time Warner CEO Richard Parsons the interim chairman of its board of directors.
Parsons' appointment comes less than a month after Leslie Moonves resigned amid allegations of sexual assault and harassment.
Moonves stepped down as chairman, CEO and president on Sept. 9.
