New ownership is being sought for an entertainment and restaurant concept on Branson Landing amid closure plans.

Branson businessperson Larry Milton, who owns Main Street Marina and The Paddlewheel with his wife, Lianne, said that a closure date has been scheduled Sept. 3.

"The entire property is for sale," he said via email, noting an attached pontoon rental business is owned by a third party and is not impacted.

The Miltons have owned Main Street Marina and The Paddlewheel since 2012, according to a news release.

"Lianne and I have been blessed to serve our community and visitors through our ownership of The Paddlewheel and Main Street Marina during these past 11 years, and we are forever grateful to everyone who helped us make so many fantastic memories," Larry Milton said in the release.

Main Street Marina offers lake cruises, food and live music, according to ThePaddlewheel.com. The Paddlewheel restaurant and pub is located at Main Street Marina.

Milton additionally is mayor of the city of Branson and recently launched NAI Branson-Springfield, an office of New York City-based international real estate brokerage NAI Global, according to past reporting.
