Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. announced a $250 million sale-leaseback transaction with Oak Street Real Estate Capital.
The 2.1 million square feet in the deal includes a distribution facility, office space and retail space.
The retailer's shares rose 2% this morning in premarket trading on the news.
