Bayer sues SEMO farmers

Bayer filed suit against four southeast Missouri farmers.

The lawsuit alleges the farmers illegally sprayed older versions of Bayer's dicamba on genetically engineering soybeans.

Bayer alleges the farmers have harmed the company's relationship with the Environmental Protection Agency.
