Arby's, franchisee sued over employee death

Arby's and a franchisee are being sued by the family of an employee who died inside one of the restaurants.

The lawsuit accuses Arby's, Turbo Restaurants and Sun Holdings of gross negligence leading to Nguyet Le's death.

Le died inside a freezer at a Louisiana restaurant. The lawsuit alleges the store's franchise operators knew about a faulty freezer door latch and neglected to fix it.
