Apple to build new $1B Texas campus

Apple Inc. announced Thursday it would build a $1 billion second campus in Austin, Texas.

The 133-acre campus will have as many as 15,000 employees.

Apple also announced it will set up shop at sites in Seattle, San Diego and Culver City, California, where the company will hire 1,000 employees each.
