Leawood, Kansas-based AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (NYSE: AMC) has completed a public equity offering.
The company raised $325.5 million which CEO Adam Aron said will bolster “our ability to survive and then thrive.”
AMC sold 40 million shares in the offering.
