Airbus to put sleeping berths in cargo holds

European aircraft giant Airbus announced plans to install beds into the cargo holds of some planes.

The sleeper compartments would fit inside the cargo compartments of A330 wide-body jets starting in 2020, officials said.

The modules “will be easily interchangeable with regular cargo containers," according to a statement.
