Allison Cash has experienced firsthand the ins and outs of the food and beverage industry. In 2011, she worked from her Nixa home marketing for Chicago-area beverage producer Made Drinks Co.
A role on Shawn Askinosie’s advisory board led her to her next position in 2013, when she became Askinosie Chocolate LLC’s first chief operating officer. A need for more flexible hours – and time to spend with her two children – led her to step down in 2016 and take her current role with Kansas-based KanPak LLC.
She’s still an adviser and consultant for Askinosie.
“I count Shawn as one of my mentors and friends,” Cash says.
