Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Salute to Health Care honorees are chosen by a chamber committee, while Springfield Business Journal’s Health Care Champions are chosen by an independent panel of judges. This year’s judges are:

Dr. Nanette Crighton is the medical director and owner of Crighton Aesthetic Studio. She earned her medical degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical School. She supports community organizations such as Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and the American Cancer Society and is a 2010 Springfield Business Journal Most Influential Women honoree.

Stephen Hall is the communications director for American Heart Association’s Midwest affiliate, coordinating the organization’s media outreach efforts in the Springfield, Columbia and Jefferson City markets, as well as in Wichita, Kan. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, Hall also is the volunteer chairman of One Air Alliance, which educates smoke-free communities.
