Morrison said startup and relocation costs totaled $400,000, including $250,000 for Classic Rock Coffee Co., all funded by Shake This profits. He said the seven-year lease with options from Wehr Properties calls for rent of $3,000 plus the cost of financing with Wehr for infill work, for a monthly total of $6,100. In a 20,000-square-foot building at 166 Stevens Drive in Marshfield, the team uses 3/16-inch steel to fashion shelters 4 feet wide, 6 feet long and 6 feet, 4 inches high, Hornaday said. The $4,750 basic models include installation within 150 miles from Marshfield. Hornaday said he paid for the $80,000 startup costs.
