Ozarks Regional YMCA President and CEO Brad Toft has vacated the position after about 11 years.
Toft starts April 1 as CEO of the Ohio-based YMCA of Greater Toledo, a roughly $30 million organization larger than the $11 million local YMCA, according to Casey Holck, district director of operations for Ozarks Regional YMCA.
Holck, who is serving as interim president and CEO locally, said a search committee comprising two national YMCA officials and members of the Ozarks Regional YMCA Board of Directors is conducting a local and national search to replace Toft, likely a three- to four-month process.
Holck, a nearly 12-year employee of Ozarks Regional YMCA, declined to say whether he'd throw his hat in the ring for the permanent CEO post.
