Dear Friends,

Since 1905, Metropolitan National Bank has been serving the communities of Southwest Missouri. Our mission, “Dedicated to building strong relationships. Committed to providing quality services. Striving for excellence. . . every day!” was created by our 175 employee owners. While this mission was designed to guide the operations of our bank, we believe that it also reflects our commitment to the communities we serve.

Dedication, commitment, and excellence are words that are used frequently in our organization. You will see them in action when we are volunteering in our communities as youth league coaches, non-profit board members, Sunday school teachers, or in our local PTAs. The foundation of our success is a culture in which our teammates take pride in what they do and have a passion for the success of their company, their customers, and their communities.

Metropolitan National Bank has worked diligently to develop a variety of products that meet the needs of the communities we serve. We take great pride in knowing that these products were designed to assist in the growth of the cities and towns where we live, work, and play. In addition to excellent products, our associates are empowered to “do the right thing” in order to help our customers reach their goals and objectives. W
e make our lending decisions with a dual eye on how the project will benefit our customers and our communities.

Banking is a relationship business and relationships are built when we work together, side by side, toward a common goal. Our communities are filled with great people who have a tremendous vision and passion for excellence. Let’s continue to work together to capitalize on these strengths.

We hope you enjoy the Springfield Business Journal’s Giving Guide and use it to help support and grow these tremendous assets that serve our great area.

Tis a privilege to serve the Ozarks,
