Game Changers: Brian Fogle

Posted online
With nearly three decades of experience in banking, Brian Fogle considers himself a “recovering banker,” but evidence of his head for numbers – and community collaboration – is evident throughout the Ozarks. In 2008, Fogle left banking and joined Community Foundation of the Ozarks, where he was promoted to president in 2010. Fogle manages CFO’s 2,000 charitable funds with $180 million in assets across 43 affiliate community foundations. During his banking career, Fogle coordinated 15 banks to help finance the Springfield regional crime lab in 2008. He is a co-founder of Urban Districts Alliance and Springfield’s First Night celebration and organizer of the Springfield Finance and Development Corp. and Ozarks Regional Community Development Corp. As the 2010 Springfieldian, Fogle joins Jack Stack and Johnny Morris as the youngest to receive the award.
