HCW developing $43M apartment complex in Arizona

Branson-based developer HCW LLC is teaming up with Chandler Apartments LLC and Canadian company Statesman Group to build an approximately $43 million apartment complex in Chandler, Ariz.

Rick Huffman, manager of Chandler Apartments LLC and CEO of HCW, said the 303-unit, four-story project is slated for completion in October 2015. Dubbed The Met at Fashion Center, the gated, mutlifamily complex would comprise 172 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 131 two-bedroom, two-bath units, as well as a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse designed by Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Lawrence Lake Interiors, according to a news release.

Huffman said Phoenix-based Summit dck LLC would serve as general contractor for the project, with property management by Alliance Residential Co., a Phoenix-based real-estate operating firm with a $9 billion management portfolio, according to its website.

HCW, known in Branson for developing the Branson Landing and the Branson Convention Center, also operates offices in Phoenix and Wichita, Kan., according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
