Integrity Home Care shakes up leadership

Posted online
Integrity Home Care Inc. has shaken up its top leadership roles in a move to shift its owners out of day-to-day business operations.

Effective July 13, Paul Reinert handed over the presidential reins to Cliff Stepp, former CEO of Therapy Support Inc. Co-owner Reinert moves into the chairman role, while co-owner Greg Horton stays in his CEO position, said company Vice President Bill Perkin.

“It’s been in the works for quite a while. Cliff has been on the advisory board for several years,” Perkin said. “It just came time to where we needed to have Greg and Paul, the two owners, be able to have the time to step back and work on growth and strategy instead of hands on with day-to-day business. The timing was right to bring on a new president.”

Stepp, who also took on the chief operations office role for the home health care service firm, was hired by Integrity May 1 and underwent a 60-day transition period, Perkin said.

At Therapy Support, co-owner Dave Pavlin stepped into the vacant CEO position, said Dave Buck, director of sales.

Horton, Reinert, Perkin and Director of Hospice Amy Ford survived a plane crash in December when a six-seat, corporate-owned Piper Saratoga piloted by Perkin came down near Evangel University.
