Stan Kroenke’s plan to buy 200 acres in Maryland Heights for a for a mixed-use project are now under fire via a lawsuit from a former partner.
Michael Staenberg, Kroenke’s ex-business partner, claims he also worked on the project, but is now being wrongly excluded.
Last month, Kroenke’s partner Alan Bornstein, told the Maryland Height City Council he’d contracted to purchase the land through UTW Realty LLC. He said the land would be used for a mix of retail, entertainment, hotel, office and multifamily.
