SBJ announces 2015 Most Influential Women

Springfield Business Journal has honored women for their accomplishments in southwest Missouri and this class of Most Influential Women brings the count to 320 professionals.

The award recognizes the career and civic leadership and influence of 20 women chosen by an independent panel of judges. The ladies will be honored during an Oct. 16 luncheon.

The 2015 Most Influential Women honorees, in alphabetical order, are Leslie Anderson, Missouri State University; Kristy Chastain, Metropolitan National Bank; Teresa Coyan, CoxHealth; Janet Dankert, Community Partnership of the Ozarks; Diana Day, People Centric Consulting Group LLC; Dianna Devore, Design Fabrication Inc.; Rachel Dwiggins, BKD LLP; Cara Erwin, Springfield Fire Department; Ashley French, American Red Cross; Judith Gonzalez, Hand in Hand Multicultural Center; Ginger Gooch, Husch Blackwell LLP; Shallina Goodnight, Oxford HealthCare; Jan Jones, Abilities First Inc.; Betsy Miller, 2B Organized LLC; Lianne Milton, Branson Tourism Center; Marie Murphree, Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter; Kristy Nelson, Drury University; Crystal Reynolds, Paragon Architecture Inc.; Karen Scott, Lost & Found Grief Center; and Marissa Weaver, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks.

The Most Influential Women luncheon will begin with a silent auction at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 16 at University Plaza Hotel Convention Center, 333 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway.

Springfield Business Journal has partnered with Springfield not-for-profit Women in Need for the event in an effort to raise money and help provide resources to enable women and offer a hand up.
