HBA to showcase 9 residences for Parade of Homes

The Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield is gearing up for its annual Parade of Homes featuring nine residences this year, down from 15 in 2016.

Slated June 16-18 and June 23-25, the tour features custom and speculative designed homes priced from $195,000 to $460,000, including this year’s St. Jude Dream Home. The 2017 parade covers stops in Springfield, Nixa, Republic and Rogersville, and it runs 1-6 p.m. on tour days.

Homes on this year’s tour, listed by price, are:


Martin Building & Development

1395 N. Rockingham Ave., Nixa; $460,000
This 4,000-square-foot home has a three-car garage, five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in a coastal design. It features a painted brick and shake siding exterior with an open main floor, custom cabinetry, solid surface countertops and gourmet appliances. A large screened-in deck and a custom bar in the basement round out the home.


Essick Builders LLC

2561 E. Olde Ivy St.; $450,000
This year’s St. Jude Dream Home is a 3,000-square-foot single level with a three-car garage, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms with an open floor plan. It features a full smart home system to control lights, temperature, security and entertainment, as well as custom cabinets, cambria quartz countertops and floating shelves in the kitchen.


Monticello Custom Homes & Remodeling

3250 E. Summit Ridge Drive; $450,000
The 3,000-square-foot home with a three-car garage, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms features a large kitchen for entertaining. This single-story, 1,770-square-foot brick and concrete home with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and two bathrooms has contemporary styling. It features custom cherry wood cabinetry, glass aggregate countertops and coordinated chrome lever handled fixtures.

529 Sentry Drive, Rogersville; $195,000
This single-story, 1,800-square-foot home with a three-car garage, four bedrooms and two bathrooms features an open concept kitchen and large pantry. Cathedral ceilings in the living room, an office with French doors and a large mudroom bench with drawers and cubbies round out the design.


Williams Home Builders LLC

3660 N. Bridgewood Ave.; $264,900
This split-level, 2,400-square-foot home has a three-car garage, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with hardwood floors and custom trim throughout. The kitchen features stainless appliances, painted cabinets and quartz countertops.
