Twitter shares hit all-time low

Twitter Inc.'s (NYSE: TWTR) shares yesterday hit an all-time low.

The social media platform's shares dipped as low as $13.90, the lowest level since the company went public in November 2013.

Shares are down more than 80 percent since an all-time high of $74.73 in December 2013.

CNBC cites lingering concerns over user demand and sales growth.
