Estimated cost: $5 million

This project comprises 38 one- and two-bedroom condominium units in a four-story building for developer Matt Miller and Six23 Condos LLC. Parking will be in a gated area, and the entry, adjacent to Monarch Art Factory, will have a Zen garden with a fireplace and water feature.
