McDonald's posts 4th straight quarter of same-store growth

McDonald's reported a same-store sales increase of 1.8 percent in the United States and 3.1 percent globally.
That marks the fourth straight quarter of positive same-store sales movement.
Earnings were $1.24 per share on sales of $6.26 billion. Analysts expected the fast-food giant to post earnings of $1.38 per share on revenues of $6.27 billion.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
