China's LeEco agrees to buy TV maker Vizio for $2B

Chinese technology company LeEco announced yesterday plans to purchase U.S. TV maker Vizio for $2 billion.

During the past 14 years, Vizio has grown to the nation's No. 2 TV brand.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
