Samantha Williams is acutely aware she is a people person. And it’s served her well.
Williams, 30, uses her empathy daily as analytics sales manager for IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions as she works through client issues and manages a $4.9 million book of business across 11 pharmaceutical and biotech clients. She uses it as she mentors young employees and counsels friends. And she used it as manager of community impact for Junior League of Springfield.
“I owe much of my success to the people who have poured into me, and for that reason, I am passionate about nurturing and helping to develop others,” she says. “Fostering an environment where people feel seen and secure being themselves promotes inclusion and success for not only them but also for the whole team.
“One of the best gifts you can give someone is your time and intentional effort.”
Your proudest moment? Hosting a surprise 30th anniversary party for my parents. We had nearly 100 people there including friends and family from out of town. The moment they walked up the stairs and realized what was happening is a moment I’ll never forget. My parents have done so much for me and I was so excited to do something for them in return.
