Hardinger says their approach includes educational efforts with local schools as well as talent-attraction to draw skilled workers to the area. The area labor force needs workers skilled in construction, hospitality, and manufacturing among other professions. Hardinger is a Springfield Business Journal 2019 40 Under 40 honoree.
