Project description: Dr. Trent Wilkinson is moving his practice after outgrowing leased space at 1902 E. Battlefield Road. Through Covenant Real Estate LLC, he acquired the vacant corner parcel at Primrose Street and Delaware Avenue. Contractor Adam Pyle of BP Builders has said the new office is designed with 12 patient rooms, offices for the dentists, and conference and break rooms. With BatesForum LLC as project architect, the modern-designed exterior has a mixture of cedar siding, stone and metal panels.
Missouri State University’s science building, built in 1971 and formerly called Temple Hall, is being reconstructed and updated.
