Project description: Green Circle Projects has signed its anchor commercial tenants at the Galloway Village development: The Rock restaurant and Great Escape Beer Works. Other tenants signed are Prosperity Financial Group and Patterson’s Hospitality Agents, bringing the preopening occupancy rate to 30 percent. Up the hill, the 100 apartment units under construction are expected to be complete in February 2019. The four-story apartment complex is designed with a pool. Quarry Town project architect is Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective. The Quarry Town property wraps around Galloway Creek, another four-story mixed-use development underway.
