Project description: The 111-room hotel is the centerpiece to O’Reilly Hospitality Management LLC’s development of the northwest corner of Interstate 44 and Glenstone Avenue. It’s already built Macadoodles and Tropical Smoothie Cafe stores, and an event center dubbed Moon Town Crossing is underway. The Holiday Inn was designed by Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective with a roughly 1,500-square-foot meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness center. Upon completion, it will be O’Reilly Hospitality’s fifth hotel in the city.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
