Founding member Pam RuBert of Idea X Factory on March 13 applies fresh paint to the downtown art gallery. She says Idea X Factory is now open 3-7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday each week. “People say they can bring their kids down then,” RuBert says. The next exhibit, We could be Heroes, will be unveiled during the April 6 First Friday Art Walk. It runs through May 26.

Ozark High School DECA students are in Kansas City for the March 11-13 State Career Development Conference. Of the 24 students who competed, Cole Smith, Jerrica Jenkins, Carson Colvin, Garrett Von Becker, Hunter Webb and Adin Lairmore advanced to international competition April 20-25 in Atlanta.
