Trampoline park opens in Branson

The transformation of a craft mall into a trampoline attraction is complete with a planned opening this weekend.

Big Air Trampoline Park, which takes the place of the Branson Mill “craft village” that sold hand-crafted products, is hosting a grand opening Sept. 7 at 3300 N. Gretna Road, Ste. D, according to a news release. The attraction in Branson was announced this spring.

The trampoline park has more than 57 attractions, including a jousting course dubbed Battlebeam and an obstacle course similar to what appears on the television show “American Ninja Warrior.”

Franchisee Robert Phillips also is listed as the organizer of Branson Mill LLC in a Missouri secretary of state filing.

“We know Big Air is a place families can create unforgettable memories to last a lifetime,” he said in the release.

Springfield Business Journal previously reported Phillips was targeting a fall opening for the nearly 40,000-square-foot attraction.

BigAirFranchising.com indicates franchisees invest $1.5 million to $3.5 million, including a $50,000 franchise fee. It’s also recommended they have $500,000 in liquid capital.

The company’s website lists 13 locations that either are already open or are coming soon in seven states. The Branson Big Air is the first in Missouri.
