Project description: The Park57 Lofts complex will have 60 units with a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. The apartments will feature a secure access building, keyless apartment entry and a fitness center, and pets will be allowed. Buf Studio LLC is the architect. Engineering work is by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Whitlock Engineering LLC, civil; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
