Project description: Homestead at Crosswood comprises three apartment buildings with three stories and 24 units each. Officials say Phase III will have modern interior apartment finishes and will share the pool, clubhouse, and basketball and fitness facility with the previous phases. H Design Group LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by Toth and Associates Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
