Project description: The new building along South Campbell Avenue across from The Library Center will be home to a second Maria’s Mexican Restaurant. Officials say the design features metal panels with a dark wood grain finish, accented by stone, stucco and bright red canvas awnings. Esterly, Schneider and Associates Inc. is the project architect, with engineering work provided by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
