Thayer
J&M Engineering LLC is serving as the structural engineer for a 2,400-square-foot renovation of the administrative area and a cafeteria addition, as well as an 11,600-square-foot classroom addition at the high school. Officials say the $2.5 million upgrades will provide new STEM classrooms and each grade with their own dedicated space. Paragon Architecture LLC is the project architect, and Crawford Construction Inc. is the general contractor. Engineering work is provided by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil engineer; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in August.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
