A St. Louis developer is partnering on a proposed historic hotel project in southern Florida.
Restoration St. Louis is slated to team up with Boca Raton businessperson Carl DeSantis on a renovation and expansion of the shuttered Gulfstream Hotel in Lake Worth Beach, Florida.
The hotel has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982.
