Project description: With a 120-year history in downtown Springfield as the bishop’s seat for the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau, St. Agnes Cathedral has experienced steady growth to its parish and elementary school. A 12,000-square-foot parish center is designed to connect to the existing cathedral and rectory to allow 260 guests to be seated in its gathering space and served by a full-service kitchen. The project also includes mechanical upgrades in the cathedral and other exterior improvements.
