Project description: Pickwick and Cherry LLC is renovating a 91-year-old, two-story building in the Rountree neighborhood. Officials say improvements to the building include a pair of two-bedroom apartments on the top floor and two retail spaces below for floral shop Greens and pottery studio Artistree Pottery LLC. Crews also installed large iron-framed windows throughout. Dake Wells Architecture Inc. is the project architect. Engineering work is provided by J&M Engineering LLC, structural, and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
