Project description: A partnership of Miller Commerce LLC, 3B Holdings LLC and Dave Pavlin is developing a community for seniors with 50 assisted living units, 52 independent living units and 20 memory care beds. Designed by H Design Group LLC, Turners Rock plans to have white tablecloth dining 15 hours a day, a country club-style pub, on-site personal training and a community hobby room. Officials say they’ve hired Portland, Oregon-based Blue Harbor Senior Living LLC to manage the 4-acre community on Sunshine Street, east of U.S. Highway 65. The developers also plan to build the $20 million Turners Pointe, with 100 skilled nursing beds, on vacant land to the east.
