Project description: Russell Cellular is building a new headquarters just two miles from its current home to accommodate all local employees and the company’s continued growth. The Verizon Wireless national retailer capped off a three-year growth rate of 41 percent to $318.3 million in 2017 revenue, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. The exterior is designed with brick veneer, aluminum panels and fiber cement board siding, as well as a loading dock for shipping and receiving, said Donnie Volentine, director of operations for Larry Snyder. The building’s floors will have a combination of polished concrete, carpet and ceramic tile. H Design Group LLC is the project architect.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
