Project description: Roughly 1,000 square feet is being added to the existing Domino’s at the corner of National Avenue and Cherry Street for an expanded kitchen. The lobby also will increase to provide additional seating for in-store dining, said Dianne Rankin, operations director for Morelock Builders. She said more parking will be added, as well as a drive-thru window. The exterior will be refreshed with a stone veneer. Burns Architecture is designing the renovation and addition, according to the building permit on file with the city.
The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
